Don't wait until there is a problem; be prepared now with a service maintenance agreement. Looking for a technician when you have a problem is not the best thing to do financially when you're running a business. Protect your bottom line. Scriptco offers onsite service to solve your computing problems. Our annual limited PC service maintenance contract puts you in control of your PC maintenance budget. As a contract customer your computer system will receive our personal response service. Cleaning and inspection of your equipment is included as needed.
We have 2 Great Cost Saving Programs.
Provides 1 hour of service calls/month ( Trip charge is extra ). For a fixed monthly fee annual contract we repair problems that come up with any covered software or hardware for listed computers. Our program includes a fixed monthly amount for all labor. There is a minimum annual contract purchase of $49.00 per month per location paid 2 months in advance initially. If needed, replacement or upgraded parts are sold at competitive prices. If it appears a 1 hour/month annual contract is not enough hours, before your initial annual contract monthly hours are used up, additional hours to the annual contract may be purchased within the same initial annual contract year in 1 hour increments per month at any time during the afore mentioned year. The effective contract rate is 49.00/hour. Unused monthly hours may not be carried forward to another month.
Provides for 49.00/hr. with 4 hour minimum purchase ( Trip charge is extra ). Purchase must be in advance of needed service in 2 hour increments. This is a Time Card type plan that covers labor only. Use us when you need us. With this program you purchase our time like a prepaid phone card. If you don't use all hours purchased for your immediate needs, you can use it for up to 6 months from the purchase date or apply it towards purchase of a Gold ServPak program in the future.

After hours : 79.00/hr.
Trip Charge within 10 miles --- $89.00; No onsite service for service outside a 10 mile radius of Scriptco
